Module 1 – Current Security Threats to Estate Agents in South Africa

8:30 – 10:30 : Current Threats to real estate agents in Africa
Learn and understand the types of physical and environmental threats faced by Estate Agents working in South Africa today. By comprehending  the actual steps involved in the Criminal Cycle, you will know what to do to prevent yourself from becoming a crime statistic.

Module 2 – Psychology of Survival

11:00 – 12:30 : Develop and practice the 3 keys to survival whether at home, at work, in transit or in public. Learn the proven techniques to reduce normalcy bias, heighten situational awareness and develop a survival mindset.

12:15 – 13:15 : Lunch

Module 3  – Show House Defense Plan

13:30 – 15:00 : Apply security management principles and current best practices to create a heightened level of security within any show house. Practice developing a defensive strategy based on actual floor plans and acquire a deeper appreciation of the security skills that will protect you in your show house.

15:00 – 15:10 : Refreshment Break

Module 4 – Urban Safety

15:30 – 17:00 : Learn from real life experience to survive any natural or man-made disaster. Whether there is a riot, vehicle hijacking, home invasion, kidnapping, societal collapse or a mugging, know what to do and when so that you can survive.

PRICE

This exclusive workshop is delivered to your group of estate agents. The group can be between 8 to 50 delegates per workshop. For the 1 day workshop, the group rate is R 25 000.00 (excl. VAT) plus travel.

We provide instructors, presentations, handouts and all training material.

This 1 day course is held at your offices or a convenient location of your choice anywhere within South Africa.

PRESENTER

The workshop is presented by Benedict Weaver, an Oxford graduate and CEO of Zero Foundation Africa, a specialized security and intelligence company located in Cape Town.

As an experienced kidnap negotiator, Mr. Weaver has trained high level executives who are prone to abduction, kidnap and restraint whilst travelling on business.

With experience of operating in diverse hostile environments, Mr. Weaver will share with you the tried and tested techniques that will give you the confidence to overcome any violent encounter.
